A message from a previous scholarship student:
“Being a recipient of the CEAHEC scholarship for the past two years has allowed me to focus more on my education and all Oregon Institute of Technology has to offer. During my time at Oregon Tech, I have learned that patient care is just as important as completing an exam. Patients are so much more than just a number: patients have names, and patients have needs. The instructors in the Nuclear Medicine program, at Oregon Tech, are instilling a new level of compassion in their students unlike what I have personally experienced in the hospital setting. This scholarship enables students like me to become part of rural communities that need more compassionate healthcare professionals.”
